Buy Now, Pay Later plans (BNPL) through Klarna, Affirm & Afterpay are only available on our package options. BNPL plans are not available for individual treatments. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or No-Show’s without 24-hour notice will result in a 40% Cancellation/No-Show fee, whichever applies. If you need to cancel because of a personal or medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible (785)365-9190, and we can decide how best to proceed. We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, and so we allow for a 10 minute grace period for late arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed. No refunds are given on treatments OR booking deposits. If you pay a booking deposit but need to cancel or reschedule (before the 24hr deadline), the balance can be applied to a future treatment or retail. Any issues with treatments must be communicated within 24 hours to ensure timely resolution. WOV cannot guarantee results if the recommended protocol and aftercare instructions are not followed. While we do not offer discounts on future treatments, we are committed to addressing any concerns reported within the 24-hour window and will do our best to rectify the situation.
